Hotel was very conveniently located for the airport and the facilities were generally of a high standard. As is so often the case the reception staff are easily distracted and diverted onto other matters when dealing with foreign visitors!

Top Tip:
Taxis don't have meters allowing them to charge what they like. Foreign visitors are seen as easily duped and the driver can hide behind the language barrier when challenged. I paid 27 Euros for my trip to the hotel from the airport and 20 euros for the return the following day. Comparable taxi jouneys in Cordoba cost 5 or 6 euros.
