Perfect location right in the centre of town, convenient for everything. The staff were excellent, language was not a problem. For the price I paid I was impressed. I would definately stay there again.
Top Tip
If you have a car it can be difficult to find but if you use Google maps it should not be a problem. You can park outside the hotel while you unload/load and the staff will give you a map showing how to get to the underground car park. It is five minutes walk away but you have to drive round the one way system to get there. which is a bit tricky. The car park costs 23 euros a day but the hotel has an arrangement and if you pay the hotel it is cheaper. For three days parking I was charged 32 euros

There is an underground car park nearby that cost 11.50 Euros for 24 hours paid to the hotel.
Top Tip
If driving to Seville, it is essential to have a map in advance.
Google Map instructions do not work because of one way streets and roads closed. We spent 3 hours trying to find the hotel after arrival at Seville. It spoiled the experience since the cathedral and other attractions had closed for the day but this wasn't the hotel's fault who provided a map on arrival.
Excellent tapas and lively bar/restaurant/shopping area all within a few minutes walk.

Only 15 minutes walk form Isla Magica (theme park).
Only 1 minute walk to the centre where on can find anything s/he likes to buy.

The hotel is just opposite a big El Corte Ingles department store and within easy walking distance from the major attractions, eating places and shopping centre.
Top Tip
A tour on an open top Citysightseeing bus is strongly recommended on your arrival to have a general feeling of the city.

Very noisy. Staff don't speak English (or not very confident with it) and this makes them look unfriendly. The hotel has a very good potential: pity they don't make use of it.
Top Tip
For excellent food and service at very good price don't miss El Rinconcillo (10 minutes pleasant walk from the hotel). Best flamenco show at the Museo del Baile Flamenco (week ends only?): best value for money.
Check your bills in the restaurants and cafes before paying them: some items may have been added by mistake :-)
