Our Review

This hotel is an average standard and sits on the edge of the Santa Cruz area. It's functional and offers guests a good base away from the historical cobbled streets of the old town. Staff are generally helpful and rooms are clean.

The Hotel houses 110 guestrooms of which 60% have been renovated. All the rooms of the hotel are exterior, which means that they enjoy plenty of natural sunlight and sometimes views of the city. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available upon request. Family rooms are not available but the hotel offers interconnecting rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. All the room are fully equipped with interactive satellite TV with pay-per-view movies, air conditioning, Canal+, telephone, mini bar and hairdryer. Safe/Deposit Box is available for rent from the reception at a daily cost of €4 and a returnable deposit of €10. The rooms are medium in size, with parquet floors and tiled bathrooms. They are tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable.

     good sized rooms...             Mattresses are very hard and unyeilding...             Room was a good size...             when i looked at my towels i noticed that they were still dirty, the bed cover was too...
