If your room is located at the front of the hotel then noise can be a problem at night. Street cleaning and rubbish removal operations take place between midnight and 3am. Also the hotel is situated in a busy and popular part of the city so expect continuous activity outside the hotel well into the early hours especially during holidays like Holy Week. However the location of the hotel is otherwise excellent and in walking distance of all the major sites.
The service was generally good although the breakfast selection was mediocre at best. They could put more effort in here.
Be careful booking taxis from the hotel to the airport. Taxi drivers try and impose a €4 surcharge for this service.

I have stayed in this hotel twice this year, firstly in August and then more recently in November on both occasions the staff have been very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in an extremely good location for visiting the historic part of Sevilla.

A very nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. It would have been nice to have had a bar or coffee shop in the hotel.

I had a very mixed experience with this hotel. Location, room size, staff, breakfast and public areas were all excellent. But my room was on the ground floor immediately off a public area and so quite noisy at times. The room was also in need of refurbishment (worn decor and carpet) and the wardrobe smelled of damp (as did my clothes). I wouldn't expect that for the money I paid.

Excellent location. Breakfast quality good but service indifferent- the person in charge made no attempt to attend to our needs - no greeting on arriving, no "what can I get you?" etc. He needs to go the USA to see how it should be done (and we're not Americans). This hotel has charm, albeit slightly faded. Fine for couples and singles who don't want 'in-your-face' razzamatazz.

Seville is VERY expensive and many waiters treat you as though you have no right to be there! (Surly, sullen, rude, grudging. Best food and value for money is O'Flaherty's Irish bar where the staff are NOT Spanish, therefore NOT rude. Seville is a gem of a city but get up and do everythingyou have to before lunch time 'cos they all go for a very long nap in the afternoon and sightseeing, shopping, eating all grind to a halt.

Wonderful location though difficult to find by car, clearer directions needed. Roof terrace could be put to better use with a bar, seating and shaded areas for evening use. Where was the piano bar? Overall staff were very helpful and rooms clean and comfortable. Excellant choice at breakfast!

Only a couple of streets away from the palace where you can spend the whole day wandering around the grounds. Fantastic value for money
