Perfect location - within walking distance of main sights of Seville.
Smart, modern rooms; loved the decor.
Staff very friendly.

The hotel reception is excellent but the remainder of the facilities are a little tired and do not reflect the 5 star rating.
Top Tip
Seville is an excellent city to explore it has lots of open spaces, historical monuments, good shopping and first class eating places to suit all tastes.
but be aware that the "Restaurants, to suit the working pattern of the local population, do not open until fairly late ie 20.00 to 21.00.

very convient to shops,river and old town.
Top Tip
Do not pay more than 30 euros for the taxi in from the airport and make them leave you to the door,do not accept that the metro road works will not allow them to drive to your hotel..Casa Robles gorg..keep bag on knees especially at the river seats.

I felt that this hotel was "traditional" in every sense of the word. Service from the reception area staff was excellent. Maid service was also of a high order.However the hotel itself felt a little worn out with carpets tardi and stained.
Top Tip
My wife and myself love Tappas, if you are of the same ilk for excellent value for money the "Patio Bodega"
was a real eye opener.

It was posted as a 5 star hotel but we were disappointed by the room itself. The carpet had a lot of stains, and there was an underlying smell of tobacco. When having a shower water dripped onto bathroom floor. Two of the lights in the room did not work. As we were only there for a brief stay we did not say anything as we wanted to use our time seeing the city. I did out these comments though onto the hotel questionnaire
