The hotel is located off a main street called Recaredo. It's close to Plaza De San Agustin and within 4 minutes' walk of the Inglesia de San Esteban and the Casas De Los Pilatos. The Santa Cruz Quarter is 5 to 10 minutes' walk away and the Giralda is 10 minutes' walk from the hotel. The hotel is very close to the Santa Justa train station, where the AVE terminal is located. The San Pablo International Airport is 11 kilometres. The cost of a taxi from the airport is 17 Euro. The property is conveniently located for those travelers arriving at the Santa Justa train station.

The hotel was built in 1967 and renovated in 1999, and has 110 guestrooms on 5 floors. The facade is that of a modern building and the lobby area is spacious with grey marble floors and plenty of seating area located to the left side of the entrance. Although, the lobby is spacious with plenty of natural light, the decoration and the furniture are slightly old-fashioned. At the reception desk there's an Internet terminal at a cost of 3 Euro for 10 minutes. The hotel also has a bar/cafeteria on the right side of the lobby as well as conference rooms for seminars, banquets and other functions. As a member of the Catalonia Chain of hotels the property is of good standard and provides high standards of service.
